Holistic Breathwork™ / Spiritual Coaching / Counseling
The word holistic comes from Greek word holos – whole.
It means that healing needs to embrace the whole, and not just separate parts. It also means that nothing can be discarded or ignored, it rather needs a full integration of all parts.
Each human being displays multiple aspects of Spirit
and they all need to be addressed.
In the holistic approach we don’t just acknowledge a complete person, physically, mentally and psychologically. We move beyond the person, into transpersonal, as the “whole” doesn’t exist just as a separate person.
We explore spiritual and human dimensions of Being. Or in other words: vertical and horizontal, being nothing and everything at the same time. There are two basic breathing techniques being practiced during the Holistic Breathwork ™ session, which help to facilitate both: human vulnerability in the personal, and human spirituality, beyond the personal.
The session integrates sharing, spiritual counseling, conscious feedback, inquiry, transformation of negative core patterns and beliefs, life coaching and conscious, connected, deep breathing.

Watsu®/Waterdance / Healing Dance
Watsu is a gentle form of body therapy performed in warm water, (around 35°C.) It combines elements of massage, joint mobilisation, shiatsu, muscle stretching and dance. The receiver is continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combine with Watsu’s movements, stretches, massage and point work, to create a bodywork with a range of therapeutic benefits and potential healing on many levels.
Moments of stillness alternate with rhythmical flowing movements, which free the body in ways impossible on land. The warm water relaxes the muscles and supports the spine. With this support and without the weight of the body, the spine, joints and muscles can be manipulated and freed in a way unique to water work. The effects include a very gentle, yet deep stretching and a release of muscular and joint restrictions, along with a state of deep relaxation, which encourages the release of stress and tensions.

Acupuncture is a component of the health care system of China that can be traced back at least 2,500 years. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of energy flow (Qi or Chi) through the body that are essential for health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for disease. Acupuncture may correct imbalances of flow Chi, and support healing.

Ozone’s effect on damaged cells is quite specific. It attacks the pathogenic materials that don’t have a protective coating; it assaults diseased cells that proliferate but exist without adequate cell wall enzymes. Pure oxygen does not do this in quite the same way. Unlike oxygen, ozone selectively kills cancer cells.
Herein lies the major difference between ozone, as a natural treatment for cancer, and traditional medical therapies. Ozone ONLY kills the pathogenic cells. Chemotherapy and radiation are just as efficient at killing cancer cells, but they kill healthy cells too. Because ozone possesses an extra atom of oxygen, it is “electrophilic.” In other words, it is unbalanced electrically and it wants to balance itself by finding another unbalanced charge.
All diseased cells, including cancer cells – as well as viruses, harmful bacteria, and other pathogens – are also similarly electrically imbalanced. Because of the imbalance that ozone shares with all diseased cells, they find each other. Quite beautifully, it is a mutual attraction dance between the disease (the pathogenic cells) and the remedy for the disease (ozone).
Both oxygen and ozone are enemies to viruses. Because viruses are anaerobic, blasts of high concentration of oxygen and ozone are very effective in killing them.
Shallenberger describes the specific methods by which ozone helps to fight cancer:
- It treats the cause of cancer.
- It maximizes the patient’s vitality and immunity.
- It controls cancer cell growth.
- When ozone is directed to the diseased area, cancer cells are forced to go into apoptosis and die off.
Benefits of an Oxygen/Ozone Sauna
- Inactivates bacteria, viruses, yeast, protozoa, mold & fungi
- Enhances circulation
- Increases production of collagen and cartilage
- Purifies blood & lymphatic system
- Stimulates oxygen metabolism
- Disrupts malignant tumor metabolism
- Reduces inflammation & pain
- Excretes heavy metals
- Normalizes hormone & enzyme production
- Improves brain function
- Excellent free radical scavenger
- Relaxes muscles by reducing buildup of lactic acid & increasing muscle flexibility
- Oxidizes toxins so they can be eliminated through skin, lungs, kidneys and colon
- Stimulates vasodilation of peripheral blood vessels, thereby accelerating healing
- Speeds up metabolic processes of inner organs and endocrine glands, resulting in a loss of 200-450 calories in a 20-minute session
- Reduces clumping of red blood cells, thus reducing viscosity of blood that leads to buildup of arterial plaque
- Changes carbon monoxide (CO) – the worse free radical in the body – into essential carbon dioxide (CO2).
Thus, ozone has the impressive talent of being toxic to damaged and dying cells, and simultaneously non-toxic to healthy ones. For cancer, it is an important adjunctive therapy to a good nutritional program, combined with aggressive detoxification procedures.
Ozone can selectively kill cancer cells amongst all the other sick cells in the body. It is important to understand that repeated exposure to ozone, however administered, is necessary to reverse any disease. In addition, its useful to expose oneself to various methods of ozone application. Small, infrequent doses will be significantly less effective.
Regular ozone exposure brings many benefits beyond suppressing cancer activity. As it enhances circulation, it also provides the perfect environment for cellular rejuvenation. It can clear plaque from arteries, restore acid/alkaline balance, improve nutrient assimilation, and remove toxic deposits from the intestines and colon. All these actions make ozone a powerfully potent tool for realizing longevity, and anti-aging.

During a Theta Healing session, the practitioner will identify which key beliefs are holding your physical or emotional issue in place.
This will be done intuitively and also through a process called “digging”. Digging is a technique used to work down through the layers of beliefs to uncover the bottom or key belief. When a bottom belief is transformed, the beliefs stacked above it will automatically change – like a house of cards – instantly freeing you from limiting patterns without the need to relive past traumas.
The practitioner will determine whether you hold certain beliefs through muscle testing. This will also validate that a belief has shifted. The duration of a Theta session is usually between 30 and 90 minutes, and the number of sessions required depends on the issue you would like to work on. Most issues can be addressed in one or two sessions, but some may take longer.
1 – 1.5 Hour session – $100 – $130
Yoga is a core component of the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). During the session you will be gently guided with mindful, restorative yoga asanas adjusted to your physical conditions. You will learn about specific benefits for your health and well being, and will receive instructions to create your own individual practice.
