Yoga is the science of the universal laws of nature. We will focus on the 8 limbs practiced by Patanjali in his yoga sutras. This is a complete program with a deep understanding of the human nature and how to balance the body subtle system which controls our physiology and anatomy. You will learn the science and foundation of samadhi, dhyana (meditation), dhrana (concentration), pratyahara (control of the senses), pranayama (control of the energy flow and proper breathing), asana ( the science of stretching, strengthening and balancing the body with poses), yamas and niyamas ( important universal values that applyies to every human being). Deep anatomy and physiology from the Ayurvedic, Chinese medicine and western science. Learn therapeutical Yoga for balancing the subtle body chakras and meridians and correct disharmony in the mind and body. Conciousness development is our main goal!

Calen Daniel
Calen Daniel was born in Puerto Rico, and initiated into the path of Kriya Yoga during his youth. He has a deep background in Ayurveda and Western science; he carries a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. Calen has 30 years of experience in the healing arts, and brings a down-to-earth approach to the ethereal sciences. He start the Sebastopol Wellness Center to bring to the community a new approach to healing and wellness. He teaches at the Dhyana Center in Sebastopol as well. Hes training and coaching can transform and bring a higher quality of life to any body ready to take responsibility and be in charge with their own health.
